We are available to take your phone order seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). If we are unavailable or it is after hours, please leave a message and we will return your call.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within two business days. If you have a more immediate need, just contact us via email or phone and we will try to accommodate you. We are unable to ship outside the United States. Options include:

UPS

Ground Delivery
Time is normally from 1-6 days in the Continental U.S. The charge is about $6.00 or more for any size order. Your order is insured and we have a tracking number.

Three Day Air
You are guaranteed to receive your order in three business days following shipment date. The cost is based on weight and destination. Generally it is around $9.50. Your order is insured and we have a tracking number.

Two Day Air
You are guaranteed to receive your order in two business days following shipment date. The cost is based on weight and destination. Generally it is around $12.00. Your order is insured and we have a tracking number.

Next Day Air
You are guaranteed to receive your order on the following business day. The cost is based on weight and destination.The cost is usually around $25.00. Your order is insured and we have a tracking number.

Fed Ex - We will ship with Fed Ex upon special request only.


DISCLAIMERS

Variations:

Due to the nature of any "handmade" product, no two pieces are exactly alike. We do try to achieve consistency but, variations in color, shape and size will attest to each pieces unique nature.

Please Note:

  1. Non-defective items returned will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%. NO RETURNS after 10 days.
  2. Items received short or damaged must be reported to us within 24 hrs of receiving the goods.

  4. All shipments will be by UPS.

  5. Payment can be by Money Order, Cashier's check, Visa/Master card or Discover.
